Encompassing nearly 3000 acres of low ground, the mix of bracken, gullies and established woods has earned the shooting at Glenogil, a well deserved reputation as one of the best driven shoots in the area.
The drives of The Beaches, The Chair, Glenley, Keillor and St Arnolds rival any in the country.
Strategic placing of the guns in the deep gullies produces excellent and challenging sport. On the fringes of the grouse moors, the bracken and rough grass provide ideal cover for red leg partridge. With pheasant opening in late October and partridge from late September, the shooting continues to the seasons end on February 1st.
Days will be available for teams of up to 9 guns and early reservations are recommended.
